Return Eligibility
- Customers are entitled to submit a return application within 7 calendar days from the date you receive the order. Return requests submitted after this period will not be accepted.
- We do not cover any return shipping fees, handling fees or other related expenses. All costs incurred for returning the goods shall be borne by the buyer.
Return Requirements & Notes
- Returned items must be unworn, unused, unwashed and undamaged, with all original tags, labels and accessories intact.
- Please keep the original product packaging complete. Do not damage, discard or replace the original packaging box/bag.
- Items with obvious man-made damage, stains, scratches, missing parts or worn traces will be rejected for return.
- Before sending back the goods, please contact our customer service to confirm the return address and follow the designated return process. Do not return items without prior notice.
- Please attach your order number inside or outside the return package for quick verification and processing.
- Special customized products, clearance items and promotional giveaways are non-returnable.
Refund Instruction
Once we receive and inspect the returned goods and confirm they meet all return standards, we will process your refund within 3-5 working days via your original payment method.
